1. Tumbuk bawang merah, bawang putih, biji ketumbar, jintan putih, halia dan udang kering.<br />
2. Panaskan kuali, masukkan minyak. Setelah minyak berasap, masukkan bahan-bahan yang telah ditumbuk hingga naik bau.<br />
3. Masukkan daging dan kacau rata. Jika kuah kering sebelum daging empuk, masukkan air mendidih secukupnya. Masukkan garam secukup rasa. <br />
4. Masak menggunakan api kecil sehingga kering dan daging empuk.<br />

5 potong labu- (buang kulitnya)<br />

Cara-caranya:<br />
1) Cuci bersih potongan labu tadi dan rendam dengan air kapur selama 15 minit-bila direndam dengan air kapur labu tidak mudah hancur dan isinya pejal.<br />
2) Bilas dengan air bersih dan toskan labu tadi.<br />
3) Masukkan dalam periuk dan masak dengan api yang perlahan. Jika air dari labu tersebut sudah kering dan labu belum empuk, perlu ditambah lagi air. Selalunya jika kita memasak dengan kuantiti yang besar, tidak perlu tambah air kerana air dari labu itu sudah memadai untuk memasak labu.<br />
4) Masukkan bunga cengkih dan daun pandan.<br />
5) Apabila labu telah empuk, masukkan gula. <br />
6) Masak labu sehingga airnya likat.<br />

4: Gaulkan kesemua bahan-bahan yang ditumbuk tadi , masukkan gula, garam dan kerisik, gaul rata <br />
5: Cili dicuci dan dibelah sedikit untuk keluarkan bijinya <br />
6: Sumbatkan bahan bahan no:4 kedalam cili dan masak dengan 1/2 cawan santan pekat tadi sehingga santan tinggal sedikit tetapi jangan terlalu kering. <br />

Gram dan gula secukup rasa<br />

<b>Cara-cara penyediaan:</b><br />

Penyediaan laksam:<br />
Satukan kesemua bahan laksam dan gaul sehingga sebati. Ketepikan dan perap sema ½ jam. Sementara itu panaskan kukusan.<br />
Sapu sedikit minyak pada loyang atau pinggan leper, masukkan ke dalam kukusan. Tuang 2 senduk adunan laksam pada loyang/pinggan dan sapu hingga rata dan nipis.<br />
Kukus sehingga masak, agak keras tetapi tidak berair.<br />
Keluarkan dari kukusan dan biarkan sejuk sedikit sebelum digulung.<br />
Gulung memanjang dan potong kecil.<br />

Penyediaan kuah:<br />
Rebus ikan sehingga masak.<br />
<br />
Kisar halus bawang merah, bawang putih, serai dan halia.<br />
<br />
Panaskan minyak dalam periuk dan tumis bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar.<br />
<br />
Masukkan asam keping, kerisik, lengkuas, lada sulah, garam dan gula secukup rasa. Kacau sehingga naik bau.<br />
<br />
Tapis ikan dari air rebusan, simpan air rebusan. Kisar ikan sehingga hancur dan masukkan ke dalam periuk tadi. Kacau hingga rata.<br />
<br />
Tapiskan air rebusan ikan kedalam periuk dan kacau sehingga mendidih.<br />
<br />
Masukkan santan dan kacau lagi hingga mendidih.<br />
<br />
Rasa garam dan gula, tambah jika perlu. Tutup api.<br />
